Before completing the online Hiring Agreement form below, download a copy of the physical form (if only to view it) via the green 'button' at https://snapevillage.info/vh/charges/. You can then use that form as a crib and aide-mémoire for your online completion here but, more importantly, you'll find that the download includes the FULL Conditions of Use, the permitted capacity, and the requirements for the number of supervisors. Please make yourself aware of them all before completing the online form below. We also suggest that you check your intended booking(s) against our «Regular-bookings calendar» for potential clashes.

The Village Hall Management Committee agrees to permit the Hirer to use the hall in accordance with the Conditions of Use, but does not accept responsibility for any damage or theft to property.

If alcohol will be supplied, please confirm that you hold a current Local Authority licence for sale of alcohol for this occasion.

From the Charges price-list, I understand the rate to be for Group ...

Please bear in mind that a damage deposit of £100 is required for private parties, weddings and commercial bookings (Groups B, C and D).
Also, reasonable clearing-up time is not charged for, but the Village Hall Committee reserves the right to charge £50 for lost income, etc.
