Meetings of Snape Parish Council
are held in the Village Hall
on the fourth Tuesday evening of the month at 7:00 pm.
There is always an April meeting, but otherwise they might not be called in even-numbered months.
The next Meeting is to be held on 22nd November, to sign off the 2023/24 Budget;
thereafter, the following one scheduled is on 24th January.
|The official 2022/23 TIMETABLE is available here.|
Members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings. Meetings include a public forum. This is an opportunity to come along to have your say on any issues of concern, with the option of staying to listen to the rest of the meeting. If you wish to raise an issue for inclusion in the public forum item on the agenda, but are unable to attend the meeting in person, please contact the Parish Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org.
❋ Annual Parish Meetings (APMs), HELD IN APRIL, include reports from organisations within the village, and are followed by a normal monthly PC meeting.
Parish Council Annual General Meetings are HELD IN MAY, and are usually when the Officers are appointed.
